The Bulldog Water Bowl Hello Buljan Families, From the entire staff here at George Buljan Middle School, we wish your family a wonderful holiday season and an exciting New Year!  Our staff will be enjoying family and friends as they take a well deserved break.  We are all looking forward to some time to recharge so that we can continue to successfully serve our students, families, and community into the new year. When we welcome our students back in 2022, our staff will hit the ground running by reviewing site and classroom behavior expectations.  We expect our Bulldogs to Be Safe, Accountable, Respectful, and Kind (B.A.R.K.)  We are confident that our students will continue to meet the B.A.R.K. challenge into the new year. The Bulldog Water Bowl ~ Messages from your Principal Mr. White Hello Buljan Community, With the 1st trimester of the 2021/22 school year behind us, it is a great time to reflect on a successful fall.   iReady diagnostics: assessment results guided instruction and was used to create school wide goals. Building relationships: Staff and students were focused on the importance of building strong community in the classroom.   Teaching expected behaviors: Students were taught the behavior expectation of Being Safe, Accountable, Respectful, and Kind or B.A.R.K.! Social Emotional Learning: Second Step curriculum was used to foster a successful and supportive learning environment.
